Step 1: Complete the Educational Requirements

Phase 1: Real Estate as a Professional Career
This foundational course introduces you to Saskatchewan’s real estate industry, including:

• Legal framework and ethics

• Title registration and land ownership

• Property valuation and financing

• Contract law and agency relationships

Phase 2: Specialize Your Career Path
After Phase 1, choose your specialization:

• Residential Real Estate

• Commercial Real Estate

• Farm Real Estate

Note: For some specialties (like Commercial and Farm), Phase 2 requires completion of both Residential and your chosen focus.

English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR)

Held a license in another province in the past 2 years?
Saskatchewan has reciprocity agreements in place. Steps include:

• Confirm eligibility with SREC

• Review the Reciprocity Materials from UBC Sauder

• Sign and submit a Declaration Statement

• Receive approval from SREC
