According to the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association, Warman recorded 33 residential sales, marking a 32% increase from April 2024. This sales growth continues to outpace the 10-year average by over 115%, signaling sustained buyer interest in this growing community just north of Saskatoon.
The benchmark price for residential homes in Warman hit $487,500, up 7.9% year-over-year, further reflecting the competitive nature of the local market. Notably, new listings surged 115% year-over-year to 56, yet inventory remains constrained, with months of supply sitting at just 1.42, down significantly from historical norms.
