About 43 654 North Fraser Drive

Affordable living with plenty of potential! Located in an adult-oriented manufactured home park with city services, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers a great opportunity to get into the market at an attractive price point. A spacious 24' x 8.5' addition adds a practical mudroom along with a third bedroom, giving the home some valuable extra space. Several important improvements have already been taken care of, including a metal roof and hot water tank approximately 3 years ago. The Seller reports the home has remained leak-free since the new roof was installed. Even better, the electrical inspection was just completed and a new Silver Label has been obtained. The interior could use some updating, but there's lots of opportunity here to freshen things up and make it your own. There's also a small storage shed located just off the rear addition. If you're looking for an affordable home with good bones and upside potential, this one is worth a look! (id:6289)
