I grew up in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan and now live in Saskatoon so I understand the local market in and around these areas. An advantage I give to my clients is that they have access to every home that is listed on MLS®. My office also sets up an email alert so that everyday new listings are sent directly to you. As a Realtor, I have access to other agent’s listings before they are on the market. This is all customized for you so you don’t miss a listing. 

There are a number of things you can do to simplify the process, including defining financial parameters, potential neighbourhoods and the desired features in your next home.

A professional Realtor will make everything much easier whether you’re looking to purchase a home for the first time, or even if you have been through the process before. With all the legality involved in buying a home, making sure you are covered at all ends should be your main concern. After all, this is what a Realtor is trained to do.
