École Dundonald School
Named not just for the neighbourhood in which it is found, but also a castle in Scotland, École Dundonald is a Saskatoon public elementary school. Offering both English and French-immersion learning, the school strives to achieve an atmosphere of safety, caring, and respect—working daily to fulfill their motto to “Dream Believe Achieve.” And it prides itself on its history and traditions, illustrated by the stained glass windows installed annually by each of the graduating classes.
A particular highlight of the programming found at École Dundonald School is a Junior Functional Life Skills Class for students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. It also boasts many fantastic extracurricular activities for students, including sports teams, choir, musicals, Wilderness Club, and Social Justice Club. The independently owned and operated Dundonald Preschool can also be found here, as well as a before & after school program.
