About 1817 Campbell Way

Bring this iconic 1970s hotel back to its former glory. Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Port McNeill on a 2.19-acre C-1 zoned property (with the adjacent 1.3-acre parcel also available for purchase), this is an exceptional redevelopment and investment opportunity. The property features a 49-room hotel, and a 20 room motel with 18 kitchenette units, along with a former convenience store/cold beer & wine space, café, restaurant, pub, banquet and meeting facilities accommodating up to 120 guests. Together, these amenities offer the potential to generate strong, year-round revenue from tourism, corporate travel, events, and the local community. Over the past 15 years, ownership has invested extensively in the property with upgrades including roofs, windows, high-efficiency propane boiler systems, and commercial equipment. Following the 2023 fire, a new owner has the opportunity to continue operating the existing motel accommodations while completing the necessary restoration and improvements to the hotel. As Port McNeill continues to grow as a tourism and outdoor recreation destination, this landmark property offers tremendous potential to re-establish itself as the community's premier hospitality destination.
