Mayfair School

Found in the neighbourhood of the same name, Mayfair School is a public elementary school in Saskatoon. It offers education from kindergarten to grade 8, as well as daycare, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten programs built on the Reggio-Emilia Philosophy that every child is a capable being. The school is also home to a senior “Structured Success Program,” to assist students struggling with mental health disorders and behavioural issues.

Outside the classroom, Mayfair School is a proud in-motion and nutrition-positive school. This includes designation as a “Health Promoting” school which offers a universal snack to all students every day and a meal program for students needing additional nutritional support. It is also a “Green School” that not only runs and operates a recycling program, but also learning gardens tended by the Agriculture in the Classroom and Little Green Thumbs programs.
