St. Maria Goretti Community School
Named for a patron saint of children, St. Maria Goretti Community School is a Catholic elementary school in Saskatoon. Found in the neighbourhood of Mount Royal, it was the first of the province’s schools to offer a Ukrainian-English bilingual program, beginning in 1978. Today, the school is a proud supporter of the community, boasting partnerships with both Catholic Family Services and the University of Saskatchewan.
In addition to their continued commitment to child education in English from pre-kindergarten to grade 8, St. Maria Goretti Community School also offers a before & after school care program and English as an Additional Language (EAL) classroom.
