What This Means for Buyers and Sellers

For buyers: Regina remains a fast-moving, supply-constrained market. Conditional sales further reduce the homes likely to remain available, so buyers benefit from a clear budget, financing readiness and prompt decisions on suitable properties.

For sellers: The market continues to favour well-positioned sellers, particularly in segments with limited competing inventory. The modest step back from June’s benchmark record reinforces the value of pricing to current comparables rather than assuming every listing will command a premium.

The Bottom Line

Regina’s July data shows a market with a benchmark price of $349,800 and 1.98 months of supply. Whether you are weighing a purchase, sale or investment decision, contact Kent Braaten for advice tailored to your property and goals.
