The Saskatoon real estate market stayed active during the week of May 11 to May 17, 2026, with 144 properties sold across the city. Based on the attached MLS® sales data, the average sale price was $475,853, while the average time on market was 21.9 days.

Detached homes continued to make up the largest share of sales, with strong activity in neighbourhoods such as Brighton, Rosewood, Evergreen, Stonebridge and Willowgrove. Competition also remained noticeable, with 81 properties selling above their list price and the overall sold-to-list price ratio reaching 102.27%.

Pet-Friendly Non-Detached Sales
