Saskatoon’s new home construction market showed a much fuller picture this week, with the updated MLS® spreadsheet capturing active, conditionally sold, and sold properties built in 2025 and 2026. That gives us a better look at both current inventory and buyer activity across the city.

During the week of March 23 to March 29, 2026, there were 151 active new construction properties, 49 conditionally sold properties, and 22 sold properties in Saskatoon. The updated data shows that builders still have a healthy amount of inventory on the market, while buyers continue to absorb new homes at a steady pace.
