The Saskatoon real estate market continues to demonstrate resilience as we move through early 2026. While the number of sales slowed compared to last year, limited housing inventory continues to keep the market competitive and prices stable.

According to the latest market report, Saskatoon recorded 271 residential sales in February 2026, representing a 16% decrease compared to February 2025 and slightly below the historical ten-year average. Despite fewer sales, demand remains steady and supply remains tight, which continues to support property values across the city.
