Regina’s housing market stayed competitive in March 2026, with strong sales activity, limited supply, and another record-setting benchmark price. The city reported 313 residential sales in March, up 4.7 per cent year over year and about 15.8 per cent above the 10-year average. At the same time, there were only 400 new listings, down 4.3 per cent from last year, while inventory sat at 522 units, down 10.8 per cent year over year. That pushed Regina’s months of supply down to 1.67, showing just how tight market conditions remain.
One of the biggest takeaways from this month’s report is how little choice buyers actually have. Of the 522 units in inventory at month end, 181 were already conditionally sold, leaving only 341 active properties available…
