Regina’s housing market continued to show impressive strength in October 2025. The city posted 362 sales, only two short of the October record set last year and 41 percent above the 10-year average. Despite 447 new listings entering the market, the high level of sales kept inventory tight with just 720 active listings, and 1.99 months of supply heading into November.

Home sales remain exceptionally strong, demonstrating continued buyer demand across the city. Detached properties remain the driving force, followed by steady activity in the row/townhouse and apartment segments. The 447 new listings were not enough to ease supply pressures, as nearly 200 of the 720 active units were already conditionally sold by month’s end.
