November brought a mix of strong pricing gains and shifting supply conditions in the Moose Jaw real estate market. While sales activity eased compared to last year, rising benchmark prices and increasing inventory are reshaping opportunities for both buyers and sellers heading into 2026.

Sales and Listings

November recorded 29 residential sales, a 34% year-over-year decline, bringing activity below both last year and the 10-year average. Detached homes made up the majority of sales, with 25 detached sales, down 34% compared to November 2024.

New listings totaled 58, rising 9% year-over-year, helping replenish inventory heading into winter. Year-to-date, new listings sit at 772, nearly identical to last year.
