Regina’s housing market continued to show impressive strength in October 2025. The city posted 362 sales, only two short of the October record set last year and 41 percent above the 10-year average. Despite 447 new listings entering the market, the high level of sales kept inventory tight with just 720 active listings, and 1.99 months of supply heading into November.

Saskatoon reported 455 sales in October 2025 — a 2% increase year over year and 31% above the 10-year average, surpassing last October’s record of 444 transactions.

New listings also jumped significantly to 686 properties, up 33% from October 2024. The increase offered much-needed inventory relief after months of low supply.
