- Their were 124 new residential listings this past week, quite a drop off from the previous week of 19. Which is also down compared to this time last year when 196 properties were listed.
- A total of 2240 residential properties are currently on the market.
- 51 residential properties sold this week, down from last week which saw 76 sold. One year ago this week there were 90 listings sold.
Surrounding Area Stats ( with in 50km of Saskatoon )
- 27 properties were listed in the surrounding areas of Saskatoon, which is down from the previous week of 45 residential properties. Its a large decrease from last of 83.
- To start the week their are 714 residential properties listed.
- 11 properties sold this week compared to 18 last week and down from last years total of 29.
