• A total of 2251 residential properties are currently on the market.
• 84 residential properties sold this week, similar to last week which saw 86 sold.  One year ago this week there were 54 listings sold.

• 28 properties were listed in the surrounding areas of Saskatoon, which is down from the previous week of 33 residential properties.  Its down slightly from last year's total of 36.
• To start the week their are 728 residential properties listed.
