The Saskatoon and area surrounding area had a similar week to the previous week in the amount of listings to come on the market but sold properties were down.
Saskatoon Weekly Stats
- Their were 181 new residential listings this past week, compared to 188 the previous week. Which is quite down from this time last year when 266 properties were listed.
- A total of 2007 residential properties are currently on the market.
- 76 residential properties sold this week, down from last week which saw 99 sold. One year ago this week there were 102 listings sold.
Surrounding Area Stats ( with in 50km of Saskatoon )
- 46 properties were listed in the surrounding areas of Saskatoon, which is the same as the previous week of 46 residential properties. Its a large decrease from last of 98.
- To start the week their are 713 residential properties listed.
- 17 properties sold this week compared to 20 last week and down from last years total of 31.
