The second quarter of 2026 delivered a busy stretch for Saskatchewan lake country. Between April 1 and June 30, 80 lake properties sold across 27 of the 54 waterbodies featured on the Saskatchewan Lake Properties page — roughly 50% of the tracked lakes recorded at least one sale.

The average sale price sat at $414,951, with sold properties spending an average of 48.5 days on market. From starter cabins under $50,000 to executive lakefront estates above $1.5 million, Q2 2026 showcased the full spectrum of Saskatchewan's cottage and cabin market.
