Spring market activity in Prince Albert picked up in March, but supply remained limited. The city recorded 35 residential sales, 46 new listings, and 100 active listings in March 2026. That left the market with 2.86 months of supply, while the total residential benchmark price rose to $270,000, up 3.9% year over year.

One of the biggest stories in this report is how tight inventory continues to be. New listings were down sharply from last year, and overall inventory also remained well below typical levels. Even with sales easing compared to March 2025, the reduced supply is continuing to support home values and keep well-priced properties competitive.
