The Saskatoon and area surrounding area had a similar week to the previous week in the amount of listings to come on the market but sold properties were down. 

Saskatoon Weekly Stats

  • Their were 223 new residential listings this past week, which was a large increase compared to last weeks 181 the previous week.  Which is a slight increase from this time last year when 203 properties were listed.
  • A total of 2054 residential properties are currently on the market.
  • 85 residential properties sold this week, which is very similar to last week that saw 84 sold.  One year ago this week there were 90 listings sold.
