Saskatoon’s market remained exceptionally tight in July. The total residential benchmark price was $447,600, nearly 4% higher than a year earlier and just shy of June’s record, while sales continued to run well above the city’s long-run July pace. New listings improved modestly, but they were not enough to deliver meaningful inventory relief.
